1. Acceptance
By using CarrierBridge, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
CarrierBridge provides a logistics operations platform connecting customers, businesses, and independent couriers, including carrier handoff.
3. Fees & Payment
Pricing is shown at the time of order. Recurring services are billed per the applicable plan.
4. Independent Couriers
Couriers operate as independent contractors and are not employees of CarrierBridge.
5. Liability
CarrierBridge's liability is limited to the value of the impacted shipment and any applicable insurance coverage.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate per the applicable agreement and these Terms.
